Methods/Steps involved in Quality Control: Quality testing is done on the incoming raw materials, while the production process is going on and also a final testing and inspection is done right before the packing/dispatch stages. Machinery, Equipment Used and Production Process: Hydraulic & Mechanical process machines for drawing, bending & cutting of the S.S. Sheets, Shearing M/C for cutting of Sheet, Polishing M/C for finishing the products and various other machines are used in the company tool room for the development of Dies & tools for making the company range of products. |
